There are very few 'can't miss' prospects in the game of baseball but from all indication Bruce is about as close as it comes to being a 'can't miss' prospect. I can tell you two things he has going for him: 1) He has cool initials, JB. 2) With the last name Bruce he will never know if people are booing him or Bruuuuuucing him. How much ribbing (no pun) do you think Jerry Stackhouse gets when he goes out with his teammates who are getting huge steaks and he is eating a salad? Any athlete that goes veg does impress me though because of the life style it has to be difficult, therefore 'Stack' gets my vote.

Are you kidding me? I flipped on the TV last night to check the score of game 6 between the San Antonio Spurs and New Orleans Hornets and saw one of the more cowardly plays I've ever seen in the NBA. David West was fully extended going for a rebound and Horry was in perfect position to cheap shot him while getting away with it, and he did just that. I've heard pundits say it was just a hard clean foul and he just was doing what a veteran would do for a championship team in that situation... What a load of crap. What Horry did was unacceptable and I hope David Stern and the NBA fine him accordingly. Horry has had an under achieving career only to come up with a few big shots in the lime light by being on the right team at the right time. This despite tanking it in almost every regular season. It's only fitting that this Fresh Prince wanna be's final legacy will be a cheap shot not a big shot. What a coward and what a tool. Robert Horry,
